Data Deletion Request

Skinsense AI Data Deletion Policy

At Divine Enterprises, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. Below, you will find information regarding what data is collected, how it is deleted, and the steps to request deletion.

1. What data is collected & deleted?

When you delete your account, we permanently remove the following information associated with your profile:

• Account Credentials: Your name, email address, password hash, and social login identifiers.
• Skincare History: All scanned face history, skin analysis reports, acne, wrinkles, and hydration metrics.
• Skincare Routines: Morning and evening routines that you have customized.
• Preferences & Settings: Notification options, app preferences, and product search history.

Note: Images scanned for AI analysis are processed on-device where possible. Any images transmitted to our secure cloud API for processing are only held in volatile memory during analysis and are not permanently stored on our servers.

3. Data Retention for Compliance

Some data may not be deleted immediately if it is required for:

• Compliance with local laws and regulations (e.g., financial logs of premium purchases).
• Security and fraud prevention.
• Resolving existing disputes or enforcing our Terms & Conditions.

Such data will be isolated, minimized, and restricted from regular processing until it is safe to delete.

4. How to Request Deletion

You can request your data deletion in one of three ways:

1. In-App Deletion (Recommended): Open the Skinsense AI app, navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will trigger automated deletion.
2. Web Form: Fill out the request form on the right side of this page.
3. Email: Contact us at support@divineenterises.store with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" using your registered email address.

5. Timeframe

Upon receiving a deletion request via our web form or email, we will verify your identity and process the deletion within 14 business days. Once finalized, you will receive an email confirmation.
